Cultural Leadership Panel Discussion

Sunday I had the great pleasure and honor of joining Denise Lieberman on a panel presentation to Cultural Leadership in St. Louis. The topic: The Voting Rights Act of 1965 then and today, Gerrymandering and Voter Suppression. The students couldn’t have been more attentive and focused on these critical issues. Thanks to Executive Director, Holly Ingraham, and her staff for inviting me to speak. The class also is reading Black Hearts White Minds, and I’m hoping to get back together with them for another discussion soon.
